yes its a dying business dahil walang regulasyon o batas na gumagabay dito, at madaling itayo kahit ng mga taong walang alam, ending up lowering their rates to the point na charity na. yan ang main cause ng fast dying lan shop business.

Sir naniniwala ka ba na may mga customer na kakagat sa 20 to 30 pesos per hour makaiwas lang sa environment ng 5 to 10 pesos per hour na shop? Tulad sa mineski 30 pesos per hour kahit gabi dami pa din tao. Yung mga itsura ng customer muka naman may mga pc sa bahay nila. Pero ginagabi sa mineski. Pansin ko din na walang mga customer na suki ng 10 pesos per hour shop.

yes. pero depende yan sa market at sitwasyon. I was the only cafe before na 20 per hour, with 7 opponents in 1 street, mga tomer ko chatter, browsing, but very little gamers. lumipat lang ako sa tabi ng college at ung kompetensya dito talagang hindi ka makaka 20 pataas

Tama cguro ang strategy ng mineski. Gawin intimidating ang interior design para mahiya pumasok yung nag puputik ang paa at mga naka hubad. Marunong naman pumili ang mga yan ng lugar na babagay sila. Ang problema kc sa mga yun kuripot na nga sa pag babayad, sila pa malakas manira ng keyboard at mouse. Sa mineski may babala... 5k minimum fine for destruction of properties. Kung ako yung taong nag puputik ang paa at nag huhubad sa loob ng shop di ako papasok dun baka masira ko pa yung keyboard ma babarangay pako multa 5k. E kinse pesos nga pahirapan pa magbayad tinatakbuhan pa minsan.
