bumalik na ulit yung ads. see may action rin naman sila ginagawa, yun nga lang, palyado pa rin mga actions nila. malay natin wala maibayad sa mga nagma-maintain nun..

muntik ko na palang kalimutan ishare sa inyo to...

ingat nga pala kayo.. me fatal flaw yang payment method dyan.. hindi ko pa alam kung pano kuntrahin..

pag me lahing mahikero yung bantay mo.. pwede kang pagnakawan ng wala kang ka alam-alam..

ganito yun... i try nyo rin para malaman nyo..

pag me kasabay na mag time yung dalawang customer,
pag nagbayad yung isa.. wag mo munang i OK yung payment window.. sa halip, i cancel mo- as if para bang nagextend lang sha. tapos i extend mo ng kahit 1 minute..
pag nag bayad na rin yung kasunod na customer,
ipakita mo kunyari yung payment window as proof
na yung nga ang babayaran nya.
pag alis nya cancel mo rin yun payment pero hayaan
mo unfinished yung transaction ( yung bang naka question mark lang sha - pero blue yung icon)
THEN do the FINAL move....
i CHANGE PC mo yung inextend mo doon sa unfinished
transaction... I aallow ito ng program..
ABRAKADABRA..!
at PRESTO! wala na ang record ng payment dun
sa report...
bulsa na yung pera....

ang tell tale sign lang nito sa report ay may log-in
may tranfer pc.. pero missing yung payment line ng particular na pc in question..kaya hindi counted sa total sales for the day.

tanong.. magagawa mo pa bang buratratin yung report kung madami units mo??

brainstorming tayo kung paano natin ma preprevent
itong modus na ito..

di ako affected dyan kasi wala akong open time. palagi lang ako custom time na prepaid. di ko nga maintindihan yan mga yan eh, ganda ganda na noon ginulo pa. kaya hayan maraming magiging bad feedbacks sa kanila ngayon. tsk tsk tsk.. once a good timer.

hmmm, very serious indeed ang problem na yan. So best practice is to disable open time. kung open time, instruct the attendant to key in like 3 hours worth para di maputol right away. tapos mag out na lang anytime.

I just emailed handycafe kanina dahil nakita ko yung nag-charge yung 2 clients ng 12:00am - 12:00am tapos 60 mins consumed and may charge. problem is 11:am pa lang noon, nagtaka yung attendant ko kung bakit lumabas.

anyway thanks beamer for pointing that out. i-reconfigure ko yung server mamaya hehehe

try mo.. it works on all types of transactions
and payments>...
subukan mung mag CHANGE PC ng kahit na anong active user o kaya ikaw na mismo mag log in using your account, at ilagay mo sa unfinished transaction...
tyak tanggal ang usage at payment nyan kasi maka cancel o mapapalitan ng data ng inilipat mong PC..
take note:
unfinished transaction, means tapos na yung oras nung gumamit ( blue na may '?' mark yung icon..)

i dont use custom time kasi flat rate lang ako @ P20 ke internet o games ...
i also don't use prepaid login kasi pagnatapos yung oras ng client- balik 'idle' agad sha at mahirap ma track kung nabarayan din client yung iniextend na time, kay madalas akong ma 1-2-3.
madalas kasing nag eextend pero hindi naman nagaayad agad..

its still a good timer...
kahit ganyan yan labs ko pa rin ito
kasi hindi HIND PA NAMAN AKO AFFECTED DYAN..
mga anak ko kasi yung bantay ko, haiskul, puro
babae, at ang IMPORTANTE: hindi pa marunong mangupit...
pag natuto na.. siguro oras nang lumipat ng timer..
ehehehe unless.... maayos ito ng handy cafe bago mangyari yun....

I check mong maige.. baka add time yan..
Isa pang glitch yan ng handy cafe..
i browse mo yung reports mo. minsan may mag add time
dyan na may charge (like add time sa prepaid mode..) kaya 1200am - 1200am yung time entry

mapapansin mo sa nag umpisa ka muna sa play and pay... then first exension wala charge.. then bigla na lang the succeeding extensions may charge na!

mapapasin mo yung habang na kekey in ka ng time..
sa add time window,
pag lumiit yung number bigla... nag prepaid na yung add time at may charge na! tapos ipaatong pa nya ang amount na yun pag payment ... kaya
double entry na... kala mo tuloy malaki na kita mo
yung pala, pag nagbilang ka ng pera kulang .. aakalain mong kinupitan ka na...

yes, sumakit nga ang ulo ng staff ko to find that out.

currently trying out icafe boss, though limited ang features e baka umandar din naman. one positive thing about icafe boss is hindi mabagal mag load yung login screen nya unlike handycafe na very noticeable yung bagal. pero kelangan ma-configure mo na agad lahat ng ip for all units for this to work.

ps. someone from icafeboss posted an update all throughout the site and urging all user to upgrade to the latest version (which i actually downloaded initially) funny thing is it was released early june 2007 but still nobody noticed that they are sending out server install files for both client and server. In short wala yung client na sinasabi nilang inupdate nila... haayz. Sa Monday ko na i-email yung support nila to point that out.
