the better to announce this is DEPED kasi sila ang may hawak ng Education Department. DICT Rio's is hallucinating that DEPED will approve that internet cafe will be use as digital classroom.. its so impossible and sure that Sherwin Gatchalian will oppose DICT proposal

kahit naman di tinangap yung resignation nya. di rin mapapatupad kasi ang mag babalankas ng Digital Classroom ay ang Education Department. parang nabigla lang si Rio kaya its just his own opinion. tapos Si Gatchalian pa ang Chairman ng Education sa Senate di rin papayag yun.. if totoo ito dapat bukang bibig ito ng DEPED not DITC....

So mukhang di rin pa talaga matutuloy kahit itong digital classroom? not until may vaccine na by August.
