We’re looking for someone who will be the CREATIVE leader of our rapidly expanding company. We want someone who is an exceptional designer, relentlessly innovating and has great attention to detail. Web Graphics Artist
(National Capital Reg - Makati City)
Responsibilities:
• Be the creative lead for all major projects within the company ranging from web interface design for internal tools to print creation for marketing materials and everything in between
• Work with programmers to build out great websites and web applications
• Design and implement various UI/UX across internal tools, external websites and new websites
• Architect and build out creative for a number of various micro-sites
• Work with the optimization team to build/conduct A/B testing across a network of web properties
• Help with advertising and splash page creative (including designing display ads, landing pages, user-flow, etc) - Multi-task and prioritize across multiple projects
Requirements:
• BA/MA in Graphic Design or Computer related design field
• 3-5 years experiences in creative management developing brand, direct response and other creative including e-commerce, website, web application and interactive
• Expert knowledge (3-5 years experiences) with Adobe Creative Suite (Flash, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flex, etc)
• Experience in development and design of printed collateral, advertising and other marketing materials
• Proven experience in web design, user interface and front end design for web products
• Understanding and demonstrated adaptation of cross-platform, cross-browser compatibility concerns
• Self-motivated, reliable, entrepreneurial and innovative
• Pluses:
• - Experience with building/designing on Facebook or FBML
- Experience with SEM, SEO and Display Advertising
- Previous experience in performance marketing, online advertising and lead generation
- Previous start-up experience
- Experience doing web optimization work
