burn ito to a cd using infrarecorder using the lowest speed.

first lets test your pc, go to your bios and enable boot from cd, lalabas iyong option na live cd, install to HD, check memory etc. dun muna tayo sa live cd kung detected lahat ang hardware mo (username: ylmfos password: leave it blank) . Kung detected naman dun na tayo sa intsall to HD. Pagdating sa partition ginawa ko erase entire disk (di ko kasi kabisado dual boot). Then enter enter ka lang hanggang makarating ka sa username, password and name ng pc then after that magiinstall na yan hanggang sa magreboot then ito na steps.

1. start--administration--software sources. then check mo halos lahat except sofware sources. then download auto matically 

2. start - administration -- update manager then click check then install

3. start> ubuntu software center

install the following:

graphics menu

camera, camorama webcam viewer, digiKam, Djview, document viewer, Feh, Gimp, gthumb Image viewer, Gwenview, Image viewer (gpicview), mirage, Okular, Photoprint, Preview and xpdf

Sound and video menu:

Alsa modular sync, amarok, guvcview, Mpplyer, Mpplayer for firefox, Vlc media player, and WinFF

System menu:

Device manager, Gmount-iso, Gnome format, Samba, and sysinfo

internet:

networking with windows or with other linux machine
1.go to start>system>adminstration>samba
diyan ayusin na ninyo iyong network group and kung ano ang gusto ninyo share.
2. (this is the tricky part) open terminal type: 
sudo gedit /etc/samba/smb.conf
may lalabas diyan hanapin ninyo iyong line na

; name resolve order = lmhosts host wins bcast

palitan ng 

name resolve order = lmhosts wins bcast host

aalisin ninyo iyong ";" sa umpisa 


How to auto log in

click start>system>administration> login window

click security tab, enable automatic log in and find your username then close

reboot ^_^

Playonlinux

start>ubuntu software center then type playonlinux then click install

then upgrade by type from terminal (ylmf OS/Ubuntu karmic) kahit copy paste

sudo wget deb.playonlinux.com/playonlinux_karmic.list -O /etc/apt/sources.list.d/playonlinux.list

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install playonlinux

after that download ninyo plug-in sa

www.playonlinux.com/download/

then start>games>playonlinux

maguupdate yan then after that click plugins>plugins manager> add then browse sa downloads folder then apply.

from there click lang ninyo iyong install sa playonlinux kung gusto ninyo maginstall ng games. kung wala sa list try ninyo clcik install then unsupported application.

Google chrome and skype

download ninyo sa kanila website .deb dapat then install lang. a4tech webcams are supported by linux Good luck guys.

YLMF is based on ubuntu 9.10 karmic kaya wala ka problema kung may problema ka kasi madami how to sa net and sa ulop. Iyong YLMF OS ginawa ng tsnoy para sa mga taong di pa kaya migrate sa linux kaya user friendly.

Sobrang dali lang talaga i install ang linux ngayon, hindi tulad noon.
