TOPIC: licensed windows xp pro

im planning to purchase 11 original windows xp pro os. pano po ba to? san po ba ko dapat mag purchase? sa mga pc stores or should i go to microsoft. medyo malaking halaga kasi kaya i just want to make sure that i do the right thing in purchasing this os.

Surely that will be very expensive. i suggest muna sayo to think first if you really want to go with the xp pro or just the home edition.

Balita ko yung Netopia dito sa amin, naka XP home lang sila. Meron silang 42 units. Grabe kung humatak ng customer...hayyy

problema lang kasi di ko pa subok sa networking ang xp home e. ano kaya ang difference sa xp pro. pros and cons; like sa lan games, ok lang kaya ang home? i mean wala kayang magiging problema....

Sa shop ko, yung server lang ang naka xp pro. Sa station, xp home na lahat ang gamit ko. Wala naman akong naging problema sa networking at sa mga lan games ko. Bale 4 months ko ng gamit yung home, so far ok naman. The only thing I'm concern about xp home, its security features are not as tough compare with xp pro. So I need to learn more on how to protect my station pc's. Anyone? thanks

mahal nga masyado xp pro 8900 compared to 5100 for xp home. i also use xp pro on my server and xp home for all clients. not much problem on networking on this setup. for security issues i use winrollback..all logged in as administrator, firewall disabled, no antivirus, no anti-spyware.

suggestion better buy winxp home instead of pro coz malaki matitipid mo sa price try mo bumili sa Silicon Valley 5.2K ang kuha ko nung sa akin

xp home lang din gamit ko sa units ko dito sa shop, ang nawala lang naman sa win xp home edition eh yung support for domain networking tsaka yung file sharing, sa home eh up to 5 concurrent connections lang ang pwede maka-connect sa share nya compared to 10 connections na pwede kumuha sa shared resource ng xp pro. liban dun halos pareho na ibang features ng xp home at pro.<br><br>Post edited by: manoiskee, at: 2006/02/17 07:56

Advice ko lang din na huwag mong gamiting ang XP Home for network printing! Base on my experience matagal mag print pag XP home ang ginamit mo, sasakit lang ang ulo mo! Use XP pro for your server and XP Home for your client.
