Responsibilities:
• Will answer email inquiries of our customers.
• Will answer live chat inquiries of our customers
• Any other task as directed by the Customer Service Manager or V.P.
Requirements:
• People friendly
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or other related courses.
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Willing to know more about computers
